National Cookery Competition
Theme: "Best of British"

Team of two, one each of opposite sex.  In the style of "Ready Stead Cook". Teams producing two dishes one sweet, one savoury, with commentary to the audience.  Teams judged on amusement, taste and appearance of dishes.  Cooking on two gas rings provided, all ingredients and cooking utensils to be sourced by the competitors.  Time allowed 15 minutes. Winning team to go on and compete at national competitions day.
